The work
The task
Finding new clients was a full-time job nobody had time for: working out which companies fit, who decides inside each one, tracking down a real email address, and writing something that doesn't read like a template. Days of work before a single conversation started.
What I did
- The right companies. Each one arrives scored against what NexTrade offers, with a line on what the company actually does.
- The person who decides. Managing directors, owners, finance leads, by name and title. Not a generic info@ inbox nobody reads.
- An email that won't bounce. Every address is checked against the mail server before it's handed over, so their sender reputation stays clean.
- A message written for that company. It references their business, not a template with the name swapped. The team edits it if they want and sends it from their own inbox.
- Safe to send. The legal footer is added automatically, and anyone marked "do not contact" stays out for good.
- Nothing to maintain. I set up the whole system on their server. The team only opens the dashboard; if something needs fixing, I handle it.
